Refund Policy

This policy is part of the Terms & Conditions. Gateway fees already charged by Razorpay may not always be recoverable.

Customer cancellations

Cancel more than 24 hours before the booking start time for a full credit of the 40% chef booking amount you paid now (or original method where we can process it).

Inside 24 hours, up to 30% of the booking total may be retained as a cancellation fee, unless the chef or CookDoor caused the cancellation.

Chef cannot attend

If a chef cannot attend and we cannot reassign a suitable verified chef, you receive a full refund to wallet or the original payment method, as we reasonably can.

Quality disputes

Raise issues within 24 hours via Support, with photos if relevant. We may offer a partial wallet credit after review. This does not affect rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
